AA
This is a non competitive division and scores will not be recorded and standings will not be kept.
Games will have 1 Umpire age 12-14 to call the game
1 game per week will be played
1- Strikes erase balls on called strikes only.(A swinging strike or foul ball does not).
2- Pitch count is by Little League International rules (7-8 yr olds 50 pitches max) Pitchers must observe per LL rules days of rest.
3- If a pitcher throws more that 41 pitches that pitcher may not enter the game as catcher.
4- 3 runs per inning.
5- 5 Innings per game or 2 hour time limit whichever comes first.
6- 1 stolen base per inning.
7- No running on passed balls.
8- No advance on any over throw
9- Helmets with facemasks must be worn at all times during at-bats.
10- 4 hit batsmen in a game and pitcher must be removed (3 in 1 inning per LLI rules).
11- Continuos batting order
12- Substitutions every other Inning (a player can not sit out two innings in a row).
13- A coach or Manager must be positioned at the backstop for passed balls to speed up the game.
14- 1 Coach is allowed on the field of play during a defensive inning
